China Cyts Tours Holding (600138.SH) announced that the company's Board of Directors recently received a resignation report from the company's Vice Chairman and President, Wang Silian. Due to a job transfer, Wang Sillian has applied to the Board of Directors to resign from his positions as company director, Vice Chairman, member of the Board Nomination Committee, President, and positions in subsidiary companies. After the resignation report takes effect, Wang Sillian will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
