The State Administration for Market Regulation recently issued a decision to China Merchants Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. regarding the "Decision on not further conducting a review of the concentration of operators in the anti-monopoly review" (Anti-Zhi No. 2 review decision [2024] 466). The specific content is as follows: "According to Article 30 of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, after preliminary review, it is now decided that no further review will be conducted on the acquisition of equity of Antong Holdings Co., Ltd. by China Merchants Energy Transportation Co., Ltd.
