EMPEROR WATCH&J (00887) announced that on September 24, 2024, the tenant (EMPEROR WATCH&J (Hong Kong) Limited) and the landlord (Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited) have entered into a letter of intent for the lease of the property. The lease term is from March 3, 2025 to March 2, 2030 (including both the first and last days), for a duration of five years. The total rent for the entire lease term under the letter of intent is approximately HK$91.2 million, excluding management fees, commission, land rent, and utilities. It is reported that the property is located at Shop A, Ground Floor, and Basement Storage Room of Shanghai Commercial Bank Building, 12 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.
