Wingtech Technology (600745.SH) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anji Semiconductor intends to invest in the overseas fund Amadeus APEX Technology EuVECA GmbH&Co KG, with an initial capital investment commitment of 3.85 million euros. Additional investments may be made according to actual circumstances, with a total investment not exceeding 5 million euros. The targeted fund focuses on investments in the following technology areas: artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum technology/photonics, mobility and spatial innovation, autonomous systems and Siasun Robot&Automation technology, and other emerging technology fields (such as new materials). Anji Semiconductor's main focus remains on its core competencies, aiming to enhance its experience in developing basic semiconductor solutions for applications in the aforementioned technology areas.
