Dajin Heavy Industry (002487.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Penglai Dajin Ocean Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Penglai Dajin"), has signed a contract for the manufacturing and supply of 10 large single piles for a offshore wind power project in the Baltic Sea with a European marine engineering company. The total contract amount is approximately 46 million euros (equivalent to approximately 361 million RMB), based on an exchange rate of 7.84 RMB to 1 euro. According to the contract, the order is expected to be completed by 2025.
The signing of this contract demonstrates overseas clients' recognition of Dajin Heavy Industry's manufacturing capabilities for marine engineering in Europe and its ability to deliver high-quality projects. The fulfillment of this contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance in 2025.
