Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology (002611.SZ) disclosed its employee stock ownership plan (draft) for the year 2024, with a total of 53 employees expected to participate, including 4 directors and senior executives. The employee stock ownership plan will involve the acquisition of a total of no more than 21.33 million shares of the company's A-shares, which have been repurchased by the company and held in a special securities account, at a price of 2.64 yuan per share, within 6 months after approval by the shareholders' meeting.
Furthermore, the term of the employee stock ownership plan will be 48 months, starting from the date on which the plan is approved by the shareholders' meeting and the company's shares are transferred to the plan's account. If the plan expires without extension, it will terminate on its own. The lock-up period for the employee stock ownership plan will be 12 months, starting from the date on which the company's shares are transferred to the plan's account.
