Yonghui Superstores (601933.SH) announced that its shareholders, Niu Nai Limited Company, Beijing Jingdong Century Trading Co., Ltd. ("Jingdong Century"), and Suqian Hanbang Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Suqian Hanbang", a concerted action person of Jingdong Century), intend to transfer a total of 1.913 billion shares, 367 million shares, and 388 million shares of the company to Guangdong Juncai International Trade Co., Ltd. ("Juncai International") through agreement, accounting for 21.08%, 4.05%, and 4.27% of the total share capital of the company, respectively, at a price of RMB 2.35 per share.
After the completion of this transaction, the largest shareholder of the company will change to Juncai International, holding a total of 29.40% of the company's shares. Juncai International and its controlling party MNSO will work together with Yonghui Superstores to transform into a quality retail model.
