CH ENERGY ENG (03996) announced that the restricted shares to be listed this time are held by the controlling shareholder CH ENERGY ENG Group Limited (China Energy Engineering Corporation Group) and its concerted action person Electric Power Planning Institute Limited Company (Electric Planning Institute), totaling 18.206 billion shares, accounting for 43.67% of the company's total share capital. During the company's stock exchange absorption and merger period, the lock-up period for the above-mentioned restricted shares held by China Energy Engineering Corporation Group and Electric Planning Institute is 36 months from the date of the company's A-share listing, and will be listed for trading starting from September 30, 2024 (due to September 28, 2024 being a non-trading day, it will be extended to the next trading day).
