FDB HOLDINGS (01826) announced that Zung Main International Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from September 23, 2024, due to the company's inability to reach an agreement with Zung Main International on the audit fees for the group's comprehensive financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Oakbai International Certified Public Accountants as the new auditor of the company to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation of Zung Main International, effective from September 23, 2024, and to serve until the end of the company's next annual shareholders' meeting.
