(002670.SZ) announced that, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and shareholders, the company has submitted a "Application for Enforcement" to the Intermediate People's Court of Nanchang City (referred to as "Nanchang Intermediate Court") to enforce the matters ruled in the arbitral award against Cedar International Trust Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Cedar Trust") (Case No. (2022) Hong Zhong An Cai Zi No. 0231). The company received the "Notice of Acceptance of Case" ((2024) Gan 01 Zhi 691) issued by the Nanchang Intermediate Court on September 23, 2024, and the Nanchang Intermediate Court deemed that the company's application for enforcement meets the statutory acceptance conditions and decided to initiate enforcement proceedings.
