SH IND URBAN (00563) announced that on September 23, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction successfully won the bid in the tender process for project consulting services appointed by Shanghai Shenyu. According to the bid confirmation letter, Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction was confirmed as the successful bidder for the project consulting services, and the specific terms are pending further agreement between Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction and Shanghai Shenyu based on the project consulting services agreement to be concluded between the two parties. It is reported that the project involves the widening and reconstruction of the G50 Expressway (Shanghai section) from Jiamin Elevated Road in the east to Lianxi Road in the west, with a total length of approximately 35.5 kilometers, as well as the expansion and improvement project of Dianshan Lake Service Area, the renovation of lateral cross-line bridges and lateral road reconstruction, involving road works, bridge works, structural works, drainage works, intelligent highways, as well as lighting, signs, landscaping and other related works. Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction won the bid to provide project construction consulting services for the project, including but not limited to overall management of project management, quality management, cost management, financial management, compliance management, contract management, and safety management. The consulting service fee to be paid to Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction will be RMB 12 million, which is the successful bid price submitted by Shangshi City Development Shanghai Construction in the tender process.
