China Energy Engineering Corporation (601868.SH) announced that the restricted shares to be listed this time are the A-shares held by the company's controlling shareholder CH ENERGY ENG Group Limited ("China Energy Engineering Corporation Group") and its concerted action party Power Planning Institute Limited Company ("Electric Planning Institute"), totaling 18.206 billion shares, accounting for 43.67% of the total share capital of the company. According to the commitments made by China Energy Engineering Corporation Group and Electric Planning Institute during the company's exchange absorption merger period, the above-mentioned restricted shares will be listed for trading starting from September 30, 2024.
