FIRST CREDIT (08215) announces that the Board of Directors of the company declared that as of September 23, 2024, i) due to Li Long wishing to dedicate more time to other personal matters, he has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company; ii) due to Wang Zhiwei wishing to dedicate more time to other personal matters, he has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, Compliance Committee, and Credit Review Committee; and iii) Huang Ruiyang has been appointed as a member of the Credit Review Committee.
Following the resignations of Li Long and Wang Zhiwei: i) the Audit Committee will be chaired by Huang Ruiyang, with Feng Jinwen and Huang Jianning as members; ii) the Nomination Committee will be chaired by Huang Jianning, with Feng Jinwen and Huang Ruiyang as members; iii) the Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Feng Jinwen, with Huang Jianning and Huang Ruiyang as members; iv) the Compliance Committee will be chaired by Feng Jinwen, with Lai Siyu, Huang Jianning, and Huang Ruiyang as members; and v) the Credit Review Committee will be chaired by Feng Jinwen, with Huang Jianning and Huang Ruiyang as members.
