EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) announced on September 21, 2024, that its wholly-owned subsidiary EDA International, Inc. (as tenant) and the company itself (as the leasing guarantor) have entered into a lease agreement with property owner Carson Estate Trust for a property located in Fontana, California, USA.
The Board believes that entering into the lease agreement presents an opportunity for the group to expand its global logistics network and footprint, and is in line with the overall business direction of capturing a larger market share in the B2C export e-commerce supply chain solutions industry. The property under the lease agreement will be used as the company's self-operated warehouse in the United States.
