Jason Furniture (603816.SH) disclosed the 2024 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft), with the company planning to grant a total of 9.8353 million restricted stocks, accounting for 1.20% of the total shares of 82189.1519 million shares at the time of the announcement of the draft plan. The grant will be a one-time grant with no reserved equity. The grant price for the restricted stocks in this incentive plan is 11.84 yuan/share.
