HUITONGDA NET (09878) announced that on September 20, 2024, the board of directors has resolved to recommend adopting the 2024 H-share stock option plan and authorize the Remuneration and Audit Committee to handle matters related to the 2024 H-share stock option plan. According to Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules, the 2024 H-share stock option plan will constitute a share plan involving the issuance of new H shares.
