Beijing Creative Distribution Automation (002350.SZ) disclosed its share repurchase plan. The company will repurchase shares through centralized competitive bidding trading with a total amount of funds not less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 100 million (inclusive); the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 7.26 per share, and the repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date the Board of Directors approves the repurchase plan.
The company has decided to repurchase a portion of its shares for the purpose of implementing a future equity incentive plan or employee shareholding plan (the company will formulate the equity incentive plan or employee shareholding plan in accordance with relevant laws and regulations), with specific purposes determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
