DAISHOMICROLINE (00567) announces that at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Ms. Lin Ying has been officially appointed as an independent non-executive director. Ms. Lin Ying has been appointed as the chairperson of the audit committee and remuneration committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee, effective upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Starting from September 20, 2024, Mr. Leung King Fai has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director and as the chairperson of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee due to needing to devote more time to other personal matters.
