The subscription price for each subscription share is 0.10 Hong Kong dollars, representing a discount of approximately 3.85% from the closing price on that day.
The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately 11.6 million Hong Kong dollars, which are intended to be used for the group's general operating expenses.
