CH ENV ENERGY (00986) announced that Ms. Zhou Yaying resigned as an executive director of the company on September 20, 2024, as she was not re-elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders on the same date.
On the same day, Ms. Zhou Yaying also ceased to act as the chairman of the board of directors after her resignation as an executive director. Mr. Liu Jun was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors to succeed Ms. Zhou Yaying. Additionally, Ms. Zhou Yaying ceased to act as the chairman of the executive committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee after resigning as an executive director. Mr. Liu Jun was appointed as the chairman of the executive committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee to replace Ms. Zhou Yaying.
Furthermore, Ms. Zhou Yaying also ceased to act as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and Mr. Liu Jun was appointed as the authorized representative to replace Ms. Zhou Yaying.
