Jiangsu Linyang Energy (601222.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Qidong Huahong Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huahong Electronics"), has cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 7.886 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system in a centralized bidding trading manner, accounting for 0.38% of the company's total share capital, with a total increase of 50.065 million yuan. This additional investment plan has been completed.

Chengdu Zhimingda Electronics Co., Ltd. (688636.SH) shareholder Du Kecheng intends to inquire about transferring 2.7% of the company's shares.

SWIRE Properties (01972) spent HK$6.76 million on September 20 to repurchase 456,000 shares.
