ZYBANK (01216) announces that, with approval from the People's Bank of China, the bank has issued 2024 Small and Micro Enterprise Loan Special Financial Bonds in the national interbank bond market on September 19, 2024. The issuance size is 5 billion RMB, with a fixed interest rate of 2.1% for a 3-year term. The funds raised will be used specifically for lending to small and micro enterprises in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
