L & M CHEMICAL (00746) Announcement: According to Article 143 of the Articles of Association of L & M CHEMICAL Limited (as revised and amended from time to time), any dividends not collected within six years from the date of dividend announcement may be forfeited and transferred to the company. Therefore, the Board of Directors hereby notifies the company's shareholders that any dividends remaining unclaimed as of October 21, 2024 will be forfeited and transferred to the company.
