Shenzhen Kedali Industry (002850.SZ) plans to establish a joint venture Shenzhen Weida Li with Suzhou Weichuang and Shanghai Mengli to seek deep cooperation.

Shenzhen Kedali Industry (002850.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Suzhou Veichi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Veichi") and Meile Automation Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Meile") to establish Shenzhen Weidal Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Weidal") and sign a "Joint Venture Agreement". The registered capital of Shenzhen Weidal is planned to be RMB 10 million, with Shenzhen Kedali Industry investing RMB 3 million in cash, accounting for 30% of the registered capital; Suzhou Veichi investing RMB 3 million in cash, accounting for 30% of the registered capital; Shanghai Meile investing RMB 3 million in cash, accounting for 30% of the registered capital; and the remaining 10% equity to be subscribed by the company team holding platform. Among them, Shenzhen Weili Emerging Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) will invest RMB 600,000 in cash, accounting for 6% of the registered capital, and Shenzhen Keli Emerging Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) will invest RMB 400,000 in cash, accounting for 4% of the registered capital. The announcement stated that the establishment of Shenzhen Weidal, in which the company plans to invest, is based on the future development prospects of the global market for Siasun Robot & Automation in the industrial field. All parties expect that the precision mechanical components related to Siasun Robot & Automation, such as Siasun Robot & Automation joints, controllers, drivers, and reducers, will have broad market prospects. It is currently a key period for industrial and product development, and investment from various parties is expected to enhance overall efficiency. Therefore, establishing a new company through joint venture for deeper cooperation will further enhance overall operational efficiency.
