AIDIGONG (00286) announcement that the company has received a notice from its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Wan Jia Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Wan Jia) regarding the change of the legal representative of its subsidiary Shenzhen AIDIGONG from Zhu Yufei to Wang Aier, with Zhu Yufei remaining in full-time management of the company's postpartum care business. Furthermore, Emma Capital (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. (Emma Capital) (a minority shareholder of Shenzhen AIDIGONG) and Guangdong Wan Jia have jointly passed a resolution to appoint Wang Aier as the legal representative. Emma Capital has also proposed to initiate a financial review of Shenzhen AIDIGONG, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, to further understand the company's operational situation. This proposal has been unanimously agreed upon by all of Shenzhen AIDIGONG's shareholders.
The announcement states that the change of legal representative of the wholly-owned subsidiary and the financial review are based on operational management needs and will not have any impact on the business operations of the group.
