FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announces that Liu Nan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from September 20, 2024. Guo Qingyuan will no longer act as the Chief Financial Officer, but will continue to serve as the Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, responsible for investor relations, information disclosure, and other board-related matters, as well as group public relations business. At the same time, Guo Qingyuan will also assist the Chairman of the Board in overseas business operations and the expansion of emerging markets.
