MTT GROUP (02350) announced that the company has signed a non-legally binding memorandum of cooperation with Guangdong Xiaomaiyun Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (Xiaomaiyun Group) on September 19, 2024. According to the memorandum, the company and Xiaomaiyun Group have agreed to carry out comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, including but not limited to the application of artificial intelligence in government services and the leasing industry. The two parties will cooperate in these areas, with a provisional cooperation period of 180 days. It is reported that Xiaomaiyun Group is a company specializing in leasing services, with its main business being Xiaomai U Rent, which provides a one-stop credit-free leasing service.
