ELEGANCEOPTICAL (00907) announced that Chung Yuk-lam has tendered his resignation as executive director, company secretary, and authorized representative; Chu CHINA BEST has been appointed as chairman and executive director, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee; Gu Jianguo has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee; Lam Wing-yiu has been appointed as a non-executive director; and Pang Wai-ho has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from September 19, 2024.
