Shenzhen Dvision (300167.SZ) announces that the company has received a notification letter from its shareholder Shanghai Sayogo Hong Enterprise Consulting Service Partnership (limited partnership) ("Sayogo Hong") regarding the termination of the equity transfer agreement. Sayogo Hong has decided to terminate the "Equity Transfer Agreement" signed with Chizhou Puming Enterprise Management Partnership (limited partnership) ("Chizhou Puming") on July 10, 2024.
