Ygsoft Inc. (002063.SZ) announced that Chen Lihao applied to resign from the positions of director, chairman of the board, and legal representative of the company on September 13, 2024. He will also soon resign or adjust his positions as chairman and legal representative of the company's controlling subsidiary Ji Ruisi Testing Technology Services (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., executive director and legal representative of Ygsoft Inc. (Beijing) Co., Ltd., chairman, general manager, and legal representative of Zhuhai Ygsoft Inc. Industrial Co., Ltd., and chairman and legal representative of Zhuhai Guangming Qingtian Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors appointed Chen Lihao as the honorary chairman of the company for life. The Board of Directors elected Vice Chairman Wang Xinyong to act as chairman and legal representative of the company until a new chairman is elected. The Board of Directors nominated Shi Ruijie as a non-independent director of the eighth Board of Directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the term of the eighth Board of Directors.
