CDB LEASING (01606) and its subsidiary CDBALF plan to purchase 50 737-8 aircraft from The Boeing Company.

CDB LEASING (01606) announced that, based on the company's strategy, in order to optimize the fleet structure and increase the proportion of new generation aircraft with leading technology, high fuel efficiency, and wide market share, on September 18, 2024, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF) entered into an aircraft purchase agreement with The Boeing Company (seller) to purchase 50 737-8 aircraft (the transaction). The company and CDBALF expect to receive the aircraft under this transaction between 2028 and 2031.
