Yankuang Energy Group (01171) announced that due to work adjustment, the director and general manager, Xiaoyao Meng, applied to resign from the position of director and general manager on September 18, 2024, and also applied to resign from the positions of member of the Strategic and Development Committee and member of the Sustainable Development Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from September 18, 2024.
