Gansu Jiu Steel Group Hong Xing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (600307.SH) announced that on September 18, 2024, the company held the fifteenth meeting of the eighth board of directors. The proposal to elect the chairman of the board was deliberated and passed. Through a unanimous vote by the attending directors by way of a named ballot, Mr. Qin Junshan was elected as the chairman of the eighth board of directors. He will also take over the respective positions of the special committees previously held by the former chairman, Mr. Zhang Zhengzhan. His term will start from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the eighth board of directors.
