Shandong Publishing & Media (601019.SH) announced that on September 18, 2024, the company's board of directors received the resignation report from Mr. Zhang Zhihua, the chairman of the company. Due to work reasons, Mr. Zhang Zhihua applied to resign from the position of director and chairman of the fourth board of directors, as well as the member and director of the Strategy and Investment Committee of the fourth board of directors. The resignation report will take effect from the day it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Zhang Zhihua will no longer hold any position in the company.
