L'OCCITANE (00973) announces that it has been informed that company executive director Laurent Marteau has resigned from his position as a board member and company executive, effective from September 16, 2024 (after market close).
At the same time as Laurent Marteau's resignation, he has also resigned as the company's CEO.
During this period, the board has established a Group Executive Office and appointed Reinold Geiger, Samuel Antunes, and Ingo Dauer as its members, effective from September 16, 2024 (after market close). The three members of the Executive Office will collectively be responsible for the role of Group CEO.
