NARNIA GROUP (08607) announces that since the beginning of 2024, there has been a significant decrease in demand for general health and biological science products due to changes in the external environment. Therefore, the risks associated with developing general health business, including commercializing, manufacturing, and distributing biotechnology and healthcare products, as well as providing healthcare services, have increased accordingly. Thus, the Board of Directors has decided to terminate the related business expansion from September 16, 2024. The Board also wishes to inform that in order to save management costs, the company has decided to deregister Huzhou Litu Import and Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company indirectly held with 51% ownership that is no longer in operation. Furthermore, trading will continue to be suspended.
