Midea Group Co., Ltd (00300) announced the distribution results, with approximately 566 million H shares sold globally, of which about 5.0% were publicly sold in Hong Kong and about 95.0% were internationally sold. The final offering price is HK$54.8 per share, with a net proceeds of HK$30.668 billion from the global offering. Each lot consists of 100 shares, and it is expected that the H shares will be listed on September 17, 2024. The overallotment option has been exercised, and as a result, the company will issue an additional 73.8202 million shares at the final offering price, representing approximately 15.00% of the total initial available shares for subscription.
