Minsheng Bank (600016.SH) issued an announcement that its Hong Kong branch has completed the issuance of 5 billion US dollars of medium-term notes as per the plan.
China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (600016.SH) announced that its Hong Kong branch has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of 300 million US dollars floating rate notes due in 2027 under a 5 billion US dollar medium-term note program. The notes will be listed and traded in a manner that is only available to professional investors. It is expected that the listing and trading of the notes will be effective around September 16, 2024.
