Midea Group Co., Ltd (00300) announced that on September 12, 2024 (Thursday), the offer price has been set at HK$54.80 per H share. The over-allotment option was exercised, and as a result, the company will issue and distribute an additional 73.8202 million shares at the offer price, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares available for subscription in the global offering. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 am on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday), it is expected that the H shares will begin trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 am on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday). H shares will be traded in board lots of 100 shares each.
