Inventronics (300582.SZ) plans to participate in the securitization financing of intellectual property assets.

Inventronics (300582.SZ) announced that, in order to reduce financing costs and broaden financing channels, the company plans to participate in the securitization of intellectual property assets for financing. The company will pledge some of its intellectual property rights that are eligible for disposal to Guotai Taikang Trust Co., Ltd ("Guotai Taikang Trust") and apply for a maximum amount of RMB 20 million with a one-year term comprehensive credit facility from Guotai Taikang Trust. The company also appointed Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. to provide guarantee for the above-mentioned credit.
