Perfect Group Corp., Ltd (603059. SH) announced that in response to the escalating international trade friction, to avoid the risk of international trade friction, and to reduce the concerns of European and American customers about the security and stability of the supply chain, the company plans to invest approximately 55 million yuan in Vietnam to establish a production base for wet wipes and toothbrushes. The investment amount includes but is not limited to engineering construction, equipment purchase, mold fees, preparation fees, and initial working capital and other related matters. The actual investment amount will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities in China and Vietnam. The company will implement the construction of the production base in Vietnam in phases based on market demand and business development.
