According to the statistics of the online car-hailing supervision information exchange system, as of July 31, 2024, a total of 356 online car-hailing platform companies nationwide have obtained online car-hailing platform operation permits, an increase of 2 compared to the previous period; local authorities have issued a total of 7.159 million online car-hailing driver's licenses and 3.053 million vehicle transport licenses, with a month-on-month growth of 0.5% and 1.2% respectively. The online car-hailing supervision information exchange system received a total of 1.01 billion order information in July, an increase of 4.3% compared to the previous period. Based on the situation of this month, the following characteristics are observed: 1. Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, ranked by the compliance rate of orders (referring to the percentage of orders where both the driver and vehicle have obtained permits), the top five are Xiehua Travel, CHENQI TECH, Timely Car Rental, Enjoy Travel, and XiXing Ride-Hailing. The top 3 platforms with the highest growth in order compliance rate this month are Xiehua Travel, Timely Car Rental, and Didi Travel; while the bottom 3 platforms with the lowest growth are Enjoy Travel (-1.0%), T3 Travel (-1.3%), and Sunshine Travel (-1.9%). Among them, platforms that cater to passengers and provide services in collaboration with online car-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregator platforms") completed 262 million orders, an increase of 5.7% compared to the previous period. The top five platforms ranked by compliance rate of orders are Huaxiaozhu Travel, Didi Chuxing, Gaode Taxi, Ctrip Car Rental, and Meituan Dache. 2. Among the major central cities, the ranking of compliance rate of orders from high to low is Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Xiamen, Qingdao, Jinan, Fuzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Nanning, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Nanchang, Hefei, Wuhan, Changsha, Taiyuan, Changchun, Hohhot, Xining, Yinchuan, Lhasa, Kunming, Harbin, Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang, Beijing, and Urumqi. Among these, 23 cities such as Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Xiamen, Qingdao, Jinan, Fuzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Nanning, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Nanchang, Hefei, Wuhan, and Changsha have a compliance rate of orders above 80%. The top 3 cities with the highest growth in compliance rate this month are Nanning, Taiyuan, and Fuzhou; while the bottom 3 cities with the lowest growth are Urumqi (-2.3%), Lanzhou (-3.2%), and Hohhot (-4.2%).
