In the first half of the year, a total of 80.877 million waybills were uploaded, an increase of 52.8% compared to the same period last year.
The top three provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps that formally uploaded waybills are: Anhui, Tianjin, and Jiangsu, while the bottom three are: Beijing, Xinjiang, and Tibet, with Fujian and Qinghai not uploading waybills at all. The top three provinces with the highest compliance rate for vehicle qualifications are: Henan, Hubei, and Shandong, while the bottom three are: Hunan, Zhejiang, and Beijing. And the top three provinces with the highest compliance rate for trajectory are: Shandong, Guangxi, and Shanxi, while the bottom three are: Beijing, Guangdong, and Liaoning.
Among the 3,286 network freight enterprises, 73 enterprises in Anhui, 63 enterprises in Shanxi, and 52 enterprises in Hebei did not upload any waybills. Additionally, 96 enterprises in Anhui, 21 enterprises in Jiangsu, and 19 enterprises in Hubei did not upload driver location information as required.
