On August 19, Shandong Liko (New Energy Technology) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Liko Xineng) terminated its IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Board.
On August 19th, Liko (Shandong) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Liko New Energy) terminated its IPO on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The IPO was terminated because Liko New Energy and the sponsor withdrew their application for listing, and in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules (Revised in 2024)" Article 62, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review for its listing.
According to the prospectus, Liko New Energy is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in new energy automotive electronics and energy storage. It is a well-known domestic supplier of new energy products that focuses on independent research and development, production, and sales, with a product system mainly consisting of power battery BMS products for new energy vehicles, supplemented by energy storage and other automotive electronic products. It is the largest third-party BMS provider in China.
After more than ten years of technological innovation and development, Liko New Energy has mastered a series of core technologies such as battery system state estimation technology, battery full-state balance technology, battery active safety protection technology, new energy automotive network data fusion application technology, BMS functional safety and information security technology, power domain controller technology, and efficient and reliable EOL testing equipment development technology.
The company's products cover various voltage platforms up to 800V and below, suitable for different types of power battery packs such as lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese oxide, lithium titanate, ternary batteries, etc., and are used in a multi-level product system for passenger cars (from A00 to C level), logistics vehicles, commercial vehicles, and special vehicles.
In 2023, Liko New Energy ranked 4th in the industry for BMS installed capacity, second only to BYD Company Limited, Contemporary Amperex Technology, and Tesla. The company's customers include 9 out of the top fifteen domestic power battery manufacturers, including Gotion High-tech, Liuzhou Saik, CALB, AVIC Lithium Battery, and Hiversene Energy, as well as joint-venture car manufacturers such as Zotye Auto; the products are ultimately used in 6 out of the top fifteen domestic new energy passenger car manufacturers and 7 out of the top ten new energy logistics vehicle manufacturers, including leading car manufacturers such as SAIC-GM-Wuling, GEELY AUTO, Chongqing Changan Automobile, Dongfeng Motor, Chery New Energy, and Zotye Auto.

In terms of finances, Liko New Energy achieved revenues of approximately 200 million, 559 million, and 804 million RMB in 2021, 2022, and 2023 respectively, with net profits of approximately 15.27 million, 90.48 million, and 95.65 million RMB during the same periods.
