Sino-French Water Exchange IPO terminated as the first batch of 5A-level water supply service enterprise

On July 29th, Jiangsu Sino-French Water Affairs Co., Ltd. (referred to as Sino-French Water Affairs) had its IPO review status on the Shanghai Stock Exchange changed to 'terminated.' This was due to Sino-French Water Affairs and its sponsor withdrawing the application for listing. According to the relevant provisions of the "Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange" Article 63, the Shanghai Stock Exchange terminated the review of its listing. According to the prospectus, Sino-French Water Affairs positions itself as a comprehensive service enterprise serving the modernization of water affairs in small and medium-sized cities. It aims to build a water operation service provider with professional characteristics, with its main businesses including water supply, sewage, municipal water engineering, and smart water affairs. As one of the first batch of 5A grade water supply service enterprises evaluated by the E20 Environmental Platform Water Supply Service Promotion Alliance, Sino-French Water Affairs, with a deep understanding of the economy of small and medium-sized cities, pioneered the integration of urban and rural water supply nationwide, establishing a new water supply pattern of "connecting towns and cities, towns, villages, and villages," which significantly promoted the revitalization of rural areas in Changshu City. Since its establishment, Sino-French Water Affairs has adopted the industry's mainstream franchise operation model for its water supply business, operating 9 sewage treatment plants through various business models such as independent investment operation, BOT, and entrusted operation. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sino-French Municipal, holds qualifications for municipal public engineering construction general contracting level three, as well as construction mechanical and electrical installation engineering professional contracting level three, with years of experience in municipal water engineering business. Combining water supply, sewage, and water affairs intelligentization, Sino-French Water Affairs has established a sound information and intelligent system for water affairs business, achieving the informatization and process of the company's various operations, different business system data interoperability, integration, data analysis and exploration, online sensing, and remote control, thereby achieving multiple channels for internal and external communication, providing effective support for the company's decision-making, cost control, and customer service. The funds raised from this successful issuance will be used for investment in the following projects: In terms of performance, in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, Sino-French Water Affairs achieved revenues of approximately 736 million, 802 million, 1.022 billion, and 497 million yuan respectively, with net profits of 141 million, 166 million, 157 million, and 77.3498 million yuan respectively.
