Each unit includes one American Depositary Receipt representing and one warrant. The proceeds will be used for resource and exploration programs, on-site studies, and general working capital. It is worth noting that the $6.92 issue price is lower than the previously announced price range of $7-9. Nova Minerals holds the majority stake in the Estelle gold project, which consists of over 125,000 acres of land along the Tintina gold belt in Northwest Anchorage, Alaska. The project contains multiple mineralized systems spanning over 20 known gold prospects, including two confirmed multi-million ounce resources distributed across four ore bodies, with a total gold resource of 517,000 ounces. Recently, the company also discovered antimony and other key minerals associated with gold in surface sampling across multiple prospect areas of the project.
