BloomZ plans to list on the Nasdaq, with Network 1 Financial Securities as the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
The company operates through its subsidiary BloomZ Japan, currently engaging in three business areas: audio production, providing comprehensive audio production services for animation and video games; "VTuber" management, managing a group of VTubers, or virtual animated characters, through the platform; and voice actor studios.
