Zhisheng Group Holdings (08370): Inner Mongolia Data Center Project Secures Another Customer Order; Additional 120 Megawatts to Be Delivered in Batches in 2028

Zhisheng Group Holdings (08370) announces that, in relation to, among other things: (i) the Group's acquisition of the land use right in respect of a parcel of land with a site area of approximately 50,000 square meters located in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the People's Republic of China, for the construction of its own data center; and (ii) the Group (through a company controlled by Mr. Lai Ningning, an executive Director and a substantial shareholder of the Company) having on August 7, 2026 received a notice of award from a leading social platform company in respect of the provision of data center services with an aggregate processing capacity of approximately 500 megawatts at the data center to be constructed by the Group on such land, of which approximately 180 megawatts are expected to be delivered in batches commencing from around May 2027. In addition to the approximately 180 megawatts mentioned above, the Group is pleased to announce that the Group, through the project company, received an order from this customer on September 29, 2026 for the delivery of 120 megawatts in two batches, comprising 60 megawatts each to be delivered in the first quarter and the second quarter of 2028 respectively, subject to the finalization of certain terms and conditions.
