On July 12, Guangdong Guodi Planning Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guodi Technology) terminated its IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market. This decision was made because Guodi Technology and the sponsor withdrew their application for listing. According to Article 62 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Issuance and Listing Review Rules (2024 Revision)", the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review for its listing. The prospectus shows that Guodi Technology is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing natural resource management technical services and smart city information technology services to various levels of natural resource management departments, other government departments, and enterprises and institutions. The company's natural resource management technical services are supported by space-time geographic information technology, covering geographic information data collection and processing, national spatial planning preparation and consulting, land remediation and ecological restoration technical services, and natural resource industry software development; smart city information technology services extend the business to the field of smart cities based on natural resource management technical services, covering smart city software development, comprehensive solutions, and other services. After years of development and accumulation, Guodi Technology has built a product and service system in the field of natural resources and smart cities with independent intellectual property rights based on the "ABC+3S" (AI, BigData, CityInformationModel in ABC; GIS, GNSS, RS in 3S) technology system. The business covers more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in China.
