China Aluminum International (02068.HK) plans to enter into an EPC general contracting contract for the Guinea alumina project.

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Aluminum International (02068.HK) issued an announcement that on November 6, 2026, after deliberation and approval by the 11th meeting of the fifth Board of Directors, the Company intends to enter into an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) turnkey contract as the general contractor with China Aluminum Guinea Co., Ltd. (Chinalco Guinea). Accordingly, Chinalco Guinea, as the employer, intends to engage the Company to provide EPC services for the Guinea alumina project located in the Boffa region of the Republic of Guinea. The EPC turnkey contract is a fixed lump-sum contract, and the expected contract price upon signing is approximately RMB 6.556 billion. Except for adjustments stipulated in the contract terms, the contract price shall not be adjusted.
